I can't say enough about Gentiva Hospice. It was recommended that we put my mom on hospice and the initial contact with Hallidee was so compassionate and put all of us at ease. Brian, my mom's nurse, was very kind and supportive and explained everything to us in such a gentle and kind way. We have a good relationship with gentiva and appreciate our partnership.
We have issues with getting supplies weekly. No one takes accountability. They promise I'll get them but we run out weekly and there is always a delay. There is also no consistency with nurse visits. We are not informed when the nurse will not be coming. I informed them about a skin tear last week Friday and this Monday. Still no nurse has been out. There is no accountability and no one seems to be in charge. When I complain they just say I'm sorry but the cycle continues. I thought hospice was supposed to be the best of the... read more
