They left their equipment in the apartment for 5 days cleaning up mold they would not renovate. They left holes in the walls too.

Be warned, you are not entitled to any of the results they take of microbial growth if this is run by your apartment complex. Nor are you allowed any communication from them. You cannot even be in the vicinity of their work due to legality issues with property owners. They left their equipment in the apartment for 5 days cleaning up mold they would not renovate. They left holes in the walls too. I don’t trust a word these people say.

I called Genesis Restoration Services to clean my carpet and take care of some carpet repairs. First of all, they showed up on time, listened to my concerns and then they did a fantastic job cleaning my carpet and doing the repairs needed. My carpet was left very clean and smelling wonderful! The price was very reasonable and they were very respectful of my home. I will call them again and again for my carpet cleaning needs!
