Good morning.
The service department and customer service is TRASH! We live in Chesterfield, VA and we drove to Virginia Beach because the Richmond location doesn't sell electric vehicles and we are leasing a 2024 Genesis GV60 (Performance) from the Virginia Beach location. The trim on the car is literally falling apart and we called to let them know when the first piece of trim came off (early June).
