I called this service department with a issue at a completely different service department, in a different city to inquire about what the other department was telling me. Keith listened to my question and got some information from us. He answered our questions and took it on himself to try and resolve the issue. Kayla is an awesome service rep - I went in without an appointment, she got my car in to be repaired and kept me updated throughout the day on the progress, all while providing a loaner. I was very happy with her - especially after having an awful experience with a service rep at a dealer in FL when the issue initially started. Looking forward to working with Kayla anytime I need to service my Genesis.
