Would never recommend Genesis. Bought a 2022 Genesis GV70 in the fall at a dealership in Knoxville, the original owner bought it here in Chattanooga. The owner was a woman who took immaculate care of it, a month ago I saw where the paint on all the rims is peeling off. This has been a common problem especially this year. The car has 30,000 miles on it and Genesis will not do anything about it. Never thought driving a 2022 luxury car I would have this problem. Buyer beware!!!!
Today was the first time getting my GV70 serviced at Genesis of Chattanooga. I liked Kayla from our first conversation on setting up the appointment and knew she believes in great customer service. While there they noticed a warranty issue that needs to be addressed and were quick to get the parts ordered to have it fixed. All they need to fix is their online service scheduling process and I would give today's experiece a full 10 out of 10. I bought a new Genesis G80 Sport Prestige from Long Genesis of Chattanooga. The salesman Ardis Toney sold me on the car before anything. His presentation of all the cars features was amazing. He really knows his stuff. He was an absolute joy to work with. He made this process so smooth and hassle free. Scheduling with Kayla was incredibly easy, and she made the whole process seamless. She arranged a loaner car so I didn’t have to wait, kept me updated, and let me know as soon as my car was ready. She also noticed I had my dog with me and gave her special attention, which meant a lot. Overall, it was a fast, convenient, and genuinely great experience working with Kayla as my service advisor.
