Saturday morning, my wife and I went to Genesis of Chattanooga in hopes of finding her a new SUV. Eddie Bartlett met us when we arrived and helped us as we began our search. I just bought my 1st Genesis. Drove to Chattanooga TN to pick it up and then home to Ohio. I had never driven one before. Don Sutphin my salesman said I would love the drive home better than the drive there. He was right. I love it!!! He was a great salesman. I bought my new GV 70 from Don Sutphin. He went out of his way to find the car I wanted, even driving out of town to pick it up for me. At the end of the transaction, I had my garage door opener with me and was concerned about pairing it with the car. When I discovered that the battery to the garage door opener was dead, he took it to their service department and had a new one installed for me. Really above and beyond. Thank you, Don.
