Took my car here to have it serviced before we went overseas (military). While there it ended up getting hit by a tow truck in the parking lot after they serviced it but they promised to fix the damages quickly so we wouldn't miss our ship date. They ended up missing spots and they said when it came back they would fix it or if we found a Genesis authorized dealer to fix it then they'd reimburse us the cost. We weren't lucky to find any. Would never recommend Genesis. Bought a 2022 Genesis GV70 in the fall at a dealership in Knoxville, the original owner bought it here in Chattanooga. The owner was a woman who took immaculate care of it, a month ago I saw where the paint on all the rims is peeling off. This has been a common problem especially this year. The car has 30,000 miles on it and Genesis will not do anything about it. Never thought driving a 2022 luxury car I would have this problem. Buyer beware!!!!
