I had a bad experience because of some communication trouble with insurance and my cost ect. Genesis went above and beyond to fix the problem. As anoyed as I may be that the issue occurred I can't deny the consideration and professionalism that went into resolving it. Thank you

I have been going to this locations office since Dr. Steven Pope, opened it (29+ years ago). I've always been pleased with the service, professionalism and outstanding care I have received. Pain-Free is not a slogan, its their standard of care. You are recognized as an individual, not just a patient (I've always been greeted by name when arriving for an appointment). If you are looking for a GREAT Dental office, I recommend these folks to you and your family for their complete dental care.
I just started going to Genesis Dental and my experience has been great. Dr. Porter and his staff make you feel like more than a patient. Other dentist offices I've been to made me feel like they are just out for my money. I haven't felt like that with them. They care and make sure you are comfortable and that they do it right the first time.

I hated the dentist. Then I started coming to genesis dental to see Dr Porter. He's been awesome for me especially when I have a big fear of going to the dentist. He's patient with me. So every chance I get I refer genesis dentsl in Taylorsville.
