Went into get my teeth whitened. Loved the staff, always friendly amd helpful! I would DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone!!
Genesis Dental, has been very good to me and very helpful.
I had a bad experience. worst cleaning I`ve ever had. Dental hygienist did crappy job. The whole cleaning took 10 min which is ridiculous. I didn`t even see the dentist. I usually when I go to my cleaning appointments, they do a thorough examination of my teeth, I feel I was rushed, waited so long to get seen by a dentist and I just left I was really upset. Bad customer service. I would never go back there again. I even called my insurance company and the peer review board of Utah dental association I filed a claim. poor exp... read more
Everyone is very polite and they put my comfort first
We have been going to this office even before they moved. It has bben 27 years to this dentist office. The staff is is great. They are always very friendly. They explain things very well as to what is needed to keep your teeth healthy. It is a very good place to go.
I love this office and the staff is great with my family. I have 5 children that go here (ages 12,13,14,15 & 16) as well as my husband and I and they very accommodating allowing all our appointments be together. Eric is wonderful and the kids really like him. He is thorough and fun which makes our couple hours go smoothly. Dr. Porter is great with the kids as well and jokes and talks with each one so they feel comfortable. The staff checking in and out are very helpful and pleasant. This was my first time coming here but let me say I was very pleased with everyone. I was in a lot of pain, called at 8:00 they was able to get me in at 10:00 got my tooth pulled and was out the door in a hour. I will definitely be going back. Very helpful and kind working people.
