I can definitely say that Sarah, one of the new technicians in training was beyond wonderful! She was so naturally kind, caring & sincere. Your place became so much for the better because of her! I definitely did not feel as comfortable or welcomed before she joined your staff. So for me your place went from a 3 star to a 4/5 star rating because of Sarah, her caring ways, her kindness, friendliness & her quick learning abilities! I found this place in Facebook and since they we’re offering a free treatment I say let me try it. That was the best decision I had made in a long time. They are great all of them but kudos to doctor Sheldon this a really good man. I also love Sarah so much she is the person who takes care of me on the back treatment. I love them all for the way they treat me like a family member.
The entire Genesis team has been amazing. Before coming here I was in tremendous pain. Working with Dana and Dr. Sheldon has got me to 75% better and following their care I believe I can reach 100% or close to it. The whole team is flexible, caring, and nothing short of kind. I can’t say enough positive things about my experience here! From the very first visit, I have always felt that the team genuinely cared about getting me better. Dr. Sheldon Is knowledgeable and personable. Dana and Sarah are amazing and I believe that they genuinely care about my overall wellness. When I started here, I was in excruciating pain and after only a few weeks I’m feeling almost like myself again. I’m so glad that I found Genesis; it has made a profound difference in my life!
