I did not use them for tree trimming. However, I was the victim of a hit and run by one of their drivers who was driving one of their giant trucks ($2500 damage to my car). No one from the company never contacted me about this, even though I reported the incident to their answering service , who, I verified, gave my phone number to them. I also emailed the email address on the website. Never got a reply. Also reported to BPD. As it turns out, this driver also has a DUI within the last five years.
