A simple tree trimming job done in May has turned into a nightmare. The employees damaged our alumi-wood pergola. I contacted General Tree and was advised to obtain an estimate. I obtained an estimate from the company who built the pergola and submitted it to General Tree. I have been given the run around, have been told I would get a call back from the owner NUMEROUS times.
