This is my second surgery I had at Glen Oaks in Glendale Heights. These two have to be my favorite experiences out of all of my surgeries I’ve ever had. The staff there is amazing. There is a nurse named Christina, pre op/post op, she is beyond amazing, I can’t say more about her she’s just awesome. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍 I wish I had contact info for her because I would love to send a thank you card to her
lo recomiendo aunque no todos son amables y no te dan informacion completa ya que sales del hospital .
Horrible medical staff. Treats you like you are an ignorant moron.
I normally go to Hinsdale, but since I went to an urgent care in Carol Stream, they referred me to Glen Oaks and told me to go to the ER to get a CBC. I stayed in a hallway for over 2 hours. I'm trying to be calm and logical writing this review. There were bugs in Exam Room 1 in the Emergency Department. I took my son, 26, there on a Friday night, Jue 15th. There was ONE doctor on duty in the ER. I have no idea if that is best practice at most suburban/community hospitals. Admittedly, my son's pain was unusual but to hear an ER doctor say he had not ever seen something like it was incomprehensible. Some of the chairs in the ER waiting room were worn to threads at the edges, the foam was showing. Bugs in the room... read more

Thank you Patricia.
Love, love this place! Everyone is so sincere and actually makes you feel like you're not a burden and they want to help you. ED docs and nurses are rock stars seriously! ❤ Thank you for all your hard work and dedication!
We never like coming to hospital, most reasons are bad unless it's the birth of a child. In my case it was a dislocated shoulder. Not a pleasant reason to be anywhere. The reason I give my 5 rating is the Quick Service, I was in and out in about an hour and a half. The main reason however was my RN Claus Johnson. This guy was awesome! He kept me from freaking out and kept me laughing. This is a man that truly loves his job and it was very easy to see that. Appreciate the bedside manner by him and Dr Merryweather. Just didn't... read more
