Surgery my daughter has been there8 hrs and just went in and she was suppose to have surgery at 9 this morning .my daughter was there waiting for her and 5hrs later they come out and tell her my daughter wasn't in surgery yet .I can't believe this is happening. I'm home worried because there is no communication from you people.This is crazy.

RecommendedMy dad was brought to GlenOaks in October after going into a coma after his first chemo treatment. I live in NC and the first thing I did was read the reviews. I was scared to death he was taken to this hospital. But after landing in Chicago and heading to the hospital I learned how fabulous the ICU staff was. They took great care of my dad and were so helpful to our family. They answered questions, they let me stay with him during the day, they cried with me, they just sat and talked with me. Service is terrible I took my son and they pushed him out the door with benadryl, steroids and antibiotics. Refused to do blood work to test for infections but Physician assistant Sara prescribed antibiotics without confirming or testing for any infections.

I am so not happy. Im driving my sister from Rockford ill. She was told she have to do a 9:30am I made sure to have her here by 9am. It is 6:18pm an they are telling me another hour in half for recovery. I know nothing about this town on top of that I have a 3month old I left for my kids to watch to come out here to this unprofessional hospital......Zero Stars for me😡😡😡😡😡😡🖕🏾

pepole. please dont go to his hospital. they are kill pepole. because. I Took my mom to the energery. they first they are doing well 3 day they told u they can nt breath they repirter and. they told u. they can nt do nothing about it. dont go there. please go other hosptial
