I think that their er is not bad at all but very big issue with the l & d. Had a nurse that had a bed side manner that was horrid and not only that there was some big safety issues I had. I felt unsafe and was so glad to have left.

Last Monday my mother Jean was admitted to your hospital by ambulance, the ER staff was beyond professional and gave her immediate attention ...... she was then transferred to room 6229 where Nurse Kendall and Nikki treated her like family and not just a patient, they are unbelievable in caring for my mother, they go beyond what is expected of them, I also want to thank Dr. Shazad and Tammy in social services who attended to her and made sure she has the best care. I had a wonderful experience with GlenOaks. I have never been here, but the surgeon I was referred to does her day surgery here. From the admin, to the nurses, to the doctors, to the volunteers, everyone was professional, friendly, and just awesome. I had a few moles removed surgically, everything was explained thoroughly, I had very little anxiety because their processes are in place. Arrived 30 minutes early for my scheduled ultrasound as advised. Holding a bladder full of water as also advised. Waited 40 minutes to just get registered. 10 minutes after the appointment time then was seen 45 minutes after my appointment time. The registration is understaffed, shame on the managers who made that decision. I will avoid getting any tests or scans done there in the future.
