Worst hospital ever. How do you walk in an ER and only see a PA. This idiot misdiagnosed us. He lied to my doctor, to me, and to my son. He couldnt read a cat scan. The nurse told me to give her information and when I asked why she gave me an attitude and said she didnt know because she just started her shift!! The other nurse jabbed my 13 year old so bad his arm still hurts two weeks later! Then when you call them to let them know they have idiots working in the ER and this experience was uncalled for. Great hospital, nice staff, just don't like going to them.
Diagnosed me wit something I did not have. Went to central Dupage hospital and right diagnoses was given. This is the worst hospital ever. They are rude and very inconsiderate. Their emergency room department is more better than labor and delivery. I'm glad I wasn't in labor because I'd never deliver my baby here. Worse experience ever. I will never go back!
This was by far the worst hospital ever, the geriatric unit was horrible as my grandpa was placed their to get his meds adjusted as he has Lewy Body Dementia ... The nurses were rude when you would call to check on patient & the one hour to visit the patient was very shady & it took days before even getting a phone call from the doctor as he never made rounds during your visit ... I do not recommend taking your loved one here at all
