Great research library with countless resources and some of the friendliest people you'll ever meet.
Excellent resources and very helpful and experienced research assistants. It's an all volunteer operation and one of the best and well run organizations I have experienced in 25 years of genealogical and historical research. Kudos to all--board members, assistants and fellow members. Stay safe. Regards, Larry Robbins
Always a pleasure to visit the library!
A good place to do research if one is of Oregon and or has ancestors who were original settlers. Etc. 12 4 2019
The GFO is a great resource. You'll find many gems in their library of families across the United States. Also they hold many free classes and have a great number of special interest groups that deal with specific groups or geography. Love this place.
HUGE library and wonderful classes!
Extensive library & assistance for beginners
