The service department has poor service!
RecommendedWe had a fantastic car buying experience at Gene Messer Volkswagen. Edmond is an awesome salesman. He is professional, but laid back and pressure-free at the same time. He helped us every step of the way and got us an unbelievable deal on a Jetta. He even threw in a Christmas ornament and called a week later to make sure we were pleased with the car. There is no negotiation and the cars are priced higher than KBB at the excellent rating. The car was not excellent. Just sayin.
I recently had my oil changed and my review has went down from four stars to one star, due to the service department. It doesn’t seem like they want to help you. The girls taking appointments to get your vehicle serviced have little to NO knowledge about what they are doing. I left feeling very unconfident about my car. I have no idea what they did. Nor did I receive a sticker when to bring in my vehicle again for service. Let’s just say I won’t be back to get my oil changed here again. I will spend my hard earned money else... read more

They got me into a car that was even better than the one I chose for a great price!!
Always advertises cars they don’t actually have on both their VW lots and the Ford lot. I called about a used TDI and went to go look at it and they said it was in the shop for the recall issue and it should take no more than 2 hours to fix. They would call me back when it’s done. A day later, no phone call so I called back then the salesman said it was in the shop for an A/C problem and it should be ready by Friday( 3 days later!). I purchased my Passat from Messer, so naturally I want all my service from there. They are very thorough and professional.
rude people no one even says hi and they don't even make an effort to help you. I will never go back and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. low balled me horrible on basically brand new trade in.
