Will never go back. Low ball offers and lied on the phone. Made us waste time and gas. Better off selling private party and getting your actual kbb value. If you don’t want to be ripped off, don’t go here.

The WORST service EVER, and we are buying 2 cars from Gene Messer, the service station is HORRIBLE, car was in for a month, said it was partly their fault, had to take son to school, and work daily..communication with progressive, and the service station was horrendous, I sincerely advise you take to a different garage, no apologies, til I brought up the time frame, VERY disappointed!!!

We live in Wichita Falls and our grandson goes to Texas Tech. He had a recall on his 14 VW Passat so we called Gene Messer VW to do the service work so he wouldn’t have to drive the car back home and leave it. We couldn’t be happier with the work they did. They also fixed a problem with a headlight he had trouble with and a check engine light problem. We were in Lubbock last weekend for Tech’s Homecoming. Our VW’s engine light came on. We went to Messer’s dealership for help. Eric Franco was a great help. He had our car checked out, informed us what the problem was and took care of it. His knowledge and effectiveness made our situation so much better. We got everything taken care of and did not feel that we were taken advantage of. We highly recommend Gene Messer VW Dealership and ask you to see our friend Eric Franco.
Benjamin Jacobi helped me with my 1st VW Passat, and a few months later (when it was totaled) he helped me out again with my second one. Loved that car!
I can not say enough about Benjamin Jacobi! He made the process of buying our daughters Beetle so easy! Extremely friendly and made sure we knew everything! He is very knowledgeable and you tell he truly loves VW!
