My experience at Gene Messer was as good as it possibly could be. The staff was quick to respond to my issue, and priced fairly. I did not even have a VW, was traveling through Lubbock, and they treated us like we were one of their best customers. Thank you Very much! Gene Messer was in my church in Amarillo years ago, and it was good to see he still cares about people which was reflected in everyone at Gene Messer VW.

I went into the shop to get fluids checked it was going to be an hour wait instead Steve saw my disappointing face and offered to check my fluids and tires instead right there in the shop where you drive you car into to get it on the list...that is Awesome, great ,fantastic Customer Service...
