Chris Balchunas, was easy and great to work with. Told him what i was looking for and budget and he actually got me a better deal than what I had called about. Kept me in my budget, did not get pushy or try to persuade me. I actually initiated first contact throughout the deal, very good about giving me time to consider my options. Finance manager was great also, kept me on budget. Made some recommendations on protection, if i declined we moved. Did not try to push anything on me. Overall great group, highly recommend.

When I purchased a Jetta from them back in March they snuck in a $2500 extended warranty with out mentioning anything to me, then I had to get it refunded back to my loan couple months after i figured it out. Then I ended up trading the Jetta for a new VW CC in Amarillo at Street VW in September and need to be refunded the cost of the GAP coverage from the Jetta but overtime i try to contact them I get sent to voice mail and have left numerous messages and have not received one call back about it and I have even went in stor... read more
