Great dealership! Our salesperson, Sam Martinez was great. He is very knowledgeable of the different vehicles we were looking at and he has a great way of making you feel at ease during a stress purchasing experience. I would highly recommend Sam. I made an appointment to get my car serviced due to a warning on my driver assist system. I also wanted to get 45,000 mile service done. The appointment was made a week out. When I arrived they told me that it was a 4 day lead time for the shop. I explained that I had an appointment and she told me that it was probably made with the call center and that doesn’t count. So I was unable to get my service done. They did get the inspection done, but they did not put the oil in that I asked for. I was in the market for a new deale... read more

Lost my vehicle, booked appointment under my name and phone number and they inputed my vehicle as someone else’s. Had to call and give all details to when I dropped vehicle off and who I dropped it off with along with all details of my vehicle to find it. Horrible customer service.

I do recommend the sales department but the service department is not good at all. I have made 2 appointments to get my 2016 Chevrolet worked on and both times was told they were 5-10 days behind. The pickup is nearly out of warranty. They seem to think anybody can leave a vehicle there for 5-10 days without anything to drive. That is not possible in my family. I made a 4:00 PM Friday appointment for an oil change for my 2017 Corvette. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. I took advantage of the free WiFi to stay in touch with the work emails since I slipped out a little early.
