went to buy a truck and this man tells me I can't afford it . the payment was going to be less than I pay now and I have never been late or missed a payment ! I know my finances I don't need someone whom doesn't me to tell me what I can or can't pay .

I have made 2 “appointments” for service only to be told, after driving there, that the appointment was only to get on a 4-5 day reservation list to actually do any service. Why not take the reservation by phone and call me in 4-5 days when you are ready to make an appointment for a time to come in to work on the vehicle? This is especially true when you asked that I leave the vehicle there for the entire 4-5 days.
