Finance department is a JOKE. Pretended to “work a deal” and come to find out, they already had a deposit on the truck we wanted to buy. He just wanted to see who had the most down payment. Definitely takes advantage of young people and women. Hate to be lied to (Xavier) and then he doesn’t even have enough respect to call me back! All they can do is be dishonest and underhanded.
