Service was good as always and I take it there because I’m supposed to have two free oil changes per year on this lease. However this time they tried to charge me. Girl rudely told me that next time I’d have to pay. So I said then I won’t bring it here. She said fine have a blessed day. Lol. Ok to piss me off and then take the high road huh. Wow. Bad experience
RecommendedFrom beginning to end, they were very professional, helpful and courteous. I highly recommend their service department! John was my service advisor and he was great about keeping me updated on my car's status. They were quick to schedule my vehicle in and were quick to get the repairs done! Thank you! After a previous experience with another local dealer service dept I had decided to look at any other make of vehicle. I am now reconsidering that decision. Thank you so much!
