Finance department is a JOKE. Pretended to “work a deal” and come to find out, they already had a deposit on the truck we wanted to buy. He just wanted to see who had the most down payment. Definitely takes advantage of young people and women. Hate to be lied to (Xavier) and then he doesn’t even have enough respect to call me back! All they can do is be dishonest and underhanded. I bought my new Chevy truck from a dealer friend in Montana so I needed a good local dealer for parts and service. I was referred to John Dillon at Gene Messer. My first encounter was a need for a skid plate and an extra key. David in parts ordered me a skid plate and called me a couple days later that it was already in.
