We couldn’t be more pleased with everyone at Gene Messer. Everyone was very professional. The young man Jeremy Lira was very helpful, not aggressive. We were very comfortable with him from the start. RecommendedWe were purchasing a used car and had some reservations about the deal, but they were very patient with us and suggested that we take the car to any mechanic of our choice to be checked out, which we did. They did not pressure us and on the second day of working with them we made the deal and we are very happy with the car.

We just bought our new #2019chevrolettraverse and �� it from Jeramy Lucio at #geneMesserChevroletLubbock . He is a AWWSOME salesman and goes way beyond CustomerService!!!! We had to bring in because it had some dings on it when we bought it . What does he do has me bring back in and he take it to the place where they will fix it and does it all himself. I couldn't ask for any better personal service.. Theres a reason why we've bought our last two vehicles from here....
Just finished the my deal on my Camaro at Gene Messer Chevy. These guys were great through out the whole process. Cole H went above and beyond any car sales man I have every dealt with. James G in finance was able to save me several points getting the financing done. If you are not buying your Chevy from these guys... you are nuts. Great Job to everyone there. Thank you!
