I made an appointment to get my car serviced due to a warning on my driver assist system. I also wanted to get 45,000 mile service done. The appointment was made a week out. When I arrived they told me that it was a 4 day lead time for the shop. I explained that I had an appointment and she told me that it was probably made with the call center and that doesn’t count.
