RecommendedI took my flatbed car hauler in for service. It needed a new brake axle as mine was broken from hitting an Illinois pothole. I dealt with Eric in the service department and they had my axle in stock. Price was very fair, and installation price was fair as well. I called for in stock trailer prices. Jim answered the phone. Jim wouldn’t answer questions without over talking me. After a few attempts, Jim began shouting to check the website for any questions. I asked him if he wanted to sell a trailer and Jim hung up on me. Gene, get your people trained properly.
