poor customer service! Absolutely horrible! I requested a special color that the owner Theresa said she knew how to do. What I ended up with was a tiger stripped mess. When I emailed an extremely polite letter asking that she re-review my photos and check out a video of the style I was looking for - the owner Theresa called me and went off on me pretty much saying she knows what she is doing and implying I did something wrong. The called ended with me asking if she reviewed the video I sent her and she said "I don't need to"... read more
