RecommendedI had called around looking for someone to repair my garage door on very short notice. Everyone I called said it would be at least 1 week before someone would be able to come look at the problem. Then, I stumbled across Gem City Door. Eddie answered my questions right away, and was able to come out the very next day. He was prompt, knowledgeable, friendly, and offered excellent customer service - he was straightforward and didn't try to up-sell me. I would highly recommend him and his company to anyone I know!

I LITERALLY just bought a house today and had an issue(which I knew about) with the garage door opener/sensors. They made it to my house in five minutes to fix the issue. Took a whole two minutes, but the result was awesome. The customer service and personalities made it that much better. I will definitely be calling them again for any future issues! Thanks guys!
