My husband called GCD, and they came out that day. They looked at the situation and saw there really wasn't anything wrong, and were very honest about it. They could have tried to take advantage of us, but they did the right thing. Both Eddie and the other gentleman were perfectly polite and friendly.
Absolutely love my new door! The guys were awesome, did great work, very fast install! I love the Wi-Fi ability to open/close my door from my phone. If you go with anyone else you are doing yourself a disservice..10 out of 10 !!

Last night, both springs on my garage door broke. I knew I couldn't call anyone else but Eddie with Gem City Door to get the job done and done right. Today, I'm able to get my car out of the garage with my new fixed springs! Don't call anyone else, they are fair, fast, and reliable!
