You can't put a price on the quality and service Gem City Door provides. I had a minor issue with a door, I called Eddie to get him scheduled to take a look he said he was just finishing an install an within an hour he was there to fix my door. It is so hard to find people that care this much. 5 stars all the way!
Eddie with Gem City Door is the BEST IN THE BUSINESS! I've been using Eddie on all my flips for the past two years!! His customer service is impeccable, his prices fits everyone's budget, selections in door sizes, colors, styles, insulated and non insulated. Awesome job. Eddie was a great focused and knowledgeable guy, got back with me and on the job within hours, diagnosed problems quickly, fixed the problems and was done within the hour. Gave great advice. And though he didn't sell me a new door today, when it comes time, I'm buying his and his services. And cost was 1/3rd of what I expected. Awesome.
