I called after hours (830pm) because our door went off track and wouldn’t close. Eddie picked up on the second ring and initially mentioned they don’t do after hours buuuut when I said we were on a main road and our cats live in our garage, he made his way out to us and got us fixed up! SO very thankful for his generosity on a cold, weekday night! It’s the businesses that go the extra mile for you that I will remember when I need a bigger job done or someone is looking for a recommendation!

Called a local company and was told they did free estimates. Scheduled the appointment, then was told the $75 service charge could be applied to the balance, or I'd owe them that if I decided not to get the work done. Additionally, they couldn't give me any idea what the cost might be without coming out. Hmmm... What happened to that free estimate? No worries.
