If I could give a negative 100 stars review, I would. I have NO idea what happened, Hershey use to stand for excellent care, NOT ANYMORE. My brother is a patient at this practice. He woke up 5 wks. ago with blurry vision. Went to the dr.s THEY DID NOTHING. He went back and forth to the primary and Hershey MED ER over SIX times. His last visit to Hershey MED ER was 3/10/25 the dr there (Thank GOD) stated finally there were no issues with his head, but his Blood Sugar was HIGH which was causing the vision issues, he would bet.... read more

I used to have no problems with this practice. Most of the doctors or nurse practitioners I have seen are wonderful. The P.A. as well as front staff are also great. However, this last experience has me thinking I need to find a new practice. I called 2 days ago with a request to increase my migraine medicine as I have had to take double the dose recently and am quickly running out. Like many people posting reviews, I've been with this office for years now. If you're not a patient here yet, do yourself a favor and don't. And avoid any Penn State medical facilities like the plague. My Penn State therapist told me how the company started an initiative and 2024 is supposed to be about doing better with customer service which we both had a laugh over because of how horrendous Penn State is. I have been waiting 4 days for a prescription that was called in on Friday. I asked for 3 prescriptions to be sent to the Giant Pharmacy in Middletown but only 2 were signed by one the new NP that is taking Ms. Roth's place. When I saw her for the first time she said she was sending to scripts to the pharmacy. She sent the ear drops but never sent the Augementin. How does a praticing NP sign one script but forget the second one. Now in Dec she has done it a second time by signing 2 scripts and forgetting the 3rd one. I was a... read more
