I've been a patient at this family practice for many years. Dr. Peter-Fritts is my primary and I have no intentions of leaving. From check in to check out, I am treated with compassion, respect and with concern. The staff is always professional and goes above and beyond to help.
This is the worst place to go for appointments. Made me wait 40 minutes, when I came in 10 minutes early. People who came way after me got called in, 1 minute they came in while I was waiting seeing everyone going before me. After that the nurse came In got my pulse and never came back made Me wait another 40 minutes. They do not value your time. They are always understaffed and I wonder why that is. I would give this place a 0 star.
Front desk reception some nurses are very horrible and unprofessional! I had an appointment but when they checked in system they didn’t saw my appointment on that day! I was sucked, how it happened? They scheduled the appointment by phone but they told me we didn’t scheduled the your appointment , we didn’t called you, you go another hospital, very disrespectful, not responsible about their job etc! I have been seeing Dr. Peter-Fritts for years and I think he is wonderful. The front desk staff are very polite and helpful.
