They staff spoke very highly of him/her Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely!

Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. Dr. Gefter is a wonderful doctor, but his staff sucks! I spent $8 driving to an appointment only to find out it had been rescheduled by mail! When I got home, the letter (dated Feb 6) was in my mailbox ! (Feb. 14) TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! His staff does not CALL you to reschedule, so that you can have input, nor do they call to remind of appointments. That is so 1950s, especially with the voice mail capability we have today.
