It is a very nice property but financial administration and maintenance is careless . They have young inexperienced leasing agents and they don't seem to care about letting sleazy tenants live there.

Everyone had been very nice and courteous when setting up everything over the phone as I was unable to visit prior to signing. I can only hope that everything I have heard is as good as it sounds!
I am a little disappointed, I was ready to move in. I paid initial deposits and fees, but was told that 1,230 was going to need to be paid upfront, that was not going towards rent or anything because of a risk factor having to do with my credit. I definitely would have been understanding except none of that was to be refunded at the end of the lease. Tried to work out an arrangement because that is a big chunk of money to throw away on top of moving costs, but they were not flexible at all. Decided it was not worth pursuing ... read more
Updated 11/17/2018. Been here since 2005. Still enjoy it here. Been having ongoing issues with HVAC that maintenance has been dealing with. Other than that, I love it here.
