RecommendedI've lived at Gazebo for just over a year now. For the most part, it has been a pleasant experience. Moving in was a little stressful because I hadn't seen the apartment in person and was moving from across the country. The only real headache was shortly before moving in, we were told there was no washer and dryer in-unit after choosing this apartment specifically because we were told there would be a washer and dryer already in our unit. I was very impressed with my experience touring today. Stuart was super helpful and accommodating and answered all of my questions! In regards to the facility itself, I was most impressed with the niceness of the apartments and all the amenities of the complex (three salt water pools, overall just really nice/new looking, and an organic garden??? So cool haha) especially compared to the reasonable price and location. I’m highly considering signing a lease here!
I rarely give ratings: For those that read I hope it helps. Shop around for apartments. Gazebo needs improvement. They have a security gate but it always broken: that means anyone can be on the property at any hour. Example one night I had someone hammer and I do mean hammer at 2am. A person whom just roamed the grounds. They are older apt so there are tons on maint issues. Yes they eventually repair but come on who need the inconvenience! Gazebo is the perfect place for college students, especially those attending Lipscomb or Belmont. The location is prime! I am within a 5 mile radius of school, groceries, shopping, work, etc. This is a huge change for me because I'm used to commuting 30-45 minutes from school to home, and as a college student that can be a little time consuming and frustrating. The team is also very understanding and work with you all ways in order to make sure you are happy. Maintenance has always been on time with my AC or hot water issues... read more
