We love living at Gazebo! The leasing staff, maintenance crew and the especially the residents make it a special place!!!
My only complaint is the back gate seems to have numerous problems in the last two months which isnt a big deal until you pull in at night and then have to pull back out onto incoming traffic in the dark to the front gate. its so dangerous especially traffic coming from around the hill . There at least need to be a flashing sign or something that warns you not to pull in so you don't have to pull out .
If I can hear the entire conversation of the people living above me that's a huge problem of it's own. Not to mention the poor communication between management and residents. The referral bonuses they claim to give out take months supposably and I've been told multiple times "it will be here any day" and it's been weeks. I've come home at 2-3am and gates are wide open. Great place to live with super staff and management.
What a great place to live! The Location is perfect for basically anything in Nashville, the property looks Great, and let's not forget to mention the very helpful staff!
Moving can be over whelming specially if you're moving from another state. I'm nothing but praises for team Gazebo for making everything hassle free for me. They've always been helpful, are very approachable and very prompt with the service requests.
I love living at Gazebo. I have a nice two bedroom townhouse with plenty of parking. The neighborhood is filled with young people and they allow pets and even have a small dog park. I love that there are three pools and a gym and they constantly host free events. The Gazebo staff is friendly and helpful and the rent here is reasonable. I highly recommend living here.
