RecommendedI lived at Gazebo for three years. I loved it. The grounds are so clean, the office staff was always very kind and helpful. My kids loved the pools which were always kept in great shape. It really is a great place to live close to downtown with out all the chaos of the downtown traffic.
We recently moved into Gazebo and love it! The apartments are spacious and management does a lot to make us feel taken care of. Would highly recommend!

I have lived at Gazebo Apartments for the past 6 months and have enjoyed my time here. They are very pet friendly and have responded quickly to any maintenance issues I have had.
My husband and I love Gazebo! We have lived here for almost a year and have had nothing but good experiences. The location is great in respect to downtown Nashville. The office staff have always been friendly and helpful with any questions that we have. We love the pools and the dog friendly atmosphere!
Gazebo apartments are a great location, near downtown and very safe. Their staff is amazing and always responds immediately. There are always events to keep the community connected. I definitely recommend
Gazebo is very affordable and has nice amenities for the price! They have events for residents and exercise classes which are always great!
I really like living at Gazebo! You will not find such a nice place in such a good location at the same price anywhere in Nashville. I've been here for almost 2 years and I have had a couple issues with spiders and neighbors, but maintenance and pest control always come VERY quickly and the office staff is always quick to respond and great. My only other issues are: a strong cigarette smoke smell that has been in my apartment since I moved in and now all my stuff smells ): but they've done what they can short of replacing my... read more
