10 – Providing excellent service, the friendly staff of Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center is ready and anxious to please. With an atmosphere of a welcoming home, one feels very much appreciated and respected. The hotel is truly immaculate with beautiful live greenery, waterfalls and fountains throughout. The numerous restaurants and cafes offer a tremendous variety of food choices to satisfy any appetite. Offering the gamut of fine dining to food court dining, the hotel can accommodate any budget.

breathtaking – It is unlike any facility I have ever seen in my life. The employees know it is a large place, so they make a great effort to make sure the customers find where they are going. It's a wonderful place to go.

vacation dream house – a future world on another planet.enclosed in a bubble with rooms,walkways,trees,flowers with large rooms off to the side courtiest and kind employees who help with out even asking.the many shop that offer all kinds of extra little things to the guest,like a minni-mall inside the dome's.i enjoyed my stay in nashville and will always return to the operyland resort.

Overpriced, Overrated, Oversized – The service is horrible, the staff is unfriendly, the food is horrible both in price and quality, the quality received for price paid is atrocious, navigation is a nightmare and they charge for parking!

2 days of claustrophobia! – I was not able to get a valet to help me take my luggage and 3 small children to my room which I swear was a half mile walk! When I helped myself to a cart half way there a valet ran up & told me I was not allowed to use it. The room was small and nothing special. We went to the Country Christmas dinner but had a hard time finding it. None of the staff I asked could direct me. We wandered around for 30 min and were late for the dinner. Save the Best for Last – I had heard about this hotel complex for years. But when I arrived, I thought I was in Disneyland not Nashville! It was a welcome surprise since some greenery was in order after all that other jazz. (You know what I mean!) Don't get me wrong, I am counting the days until I can come back to Music City. But I'll definately leave more room to enjoy some time here. So spend a day doing the touristy thing...you won't be disappointed.

hotelbound – I always tell all visitors to go see the Hotel--it's absolutely beautiful--with three atriums, shops, resturants, boat ride, & a lazer show. You don't have to spend a penny to just walk through and enjoy the sights. On a rainy day, or if the heat is too much, enjoy this sight.
