I am going to need to see a doctor – Went in for an 80 min custom couple's massage... First, it was non descript. One of the biggest wastes of money I could say I've ever spent on a massage (I've had massages everywhere from the best 5 star hotel in Beverly hills to Thai massages in a strip mall). Excellent Service!!!! – I had an extremely positive experience staying at the Fairfield Inn Kansas City Hotel MO - Kansas City, Missouri. The rooms are very big and come with a one KING BED, DESK, TV, INTERNET, CALLS, COFFEE MAKERS, HAIR DRYERS, IRON/ IRONING Board, Nonsmoking and many more. The KING BED was amazing- I did not want to get up in the morning. The Front Desk was very helpful when I had questions about my bill and reservation. Ruined our time there... – Charged $250 for less than a dime size of water based paint on a pillowcase, and some dirty towels. Stuff they would have to wash anyway! Rip off in price for the value... not helpful staff in the least. If you have to stay here, minimize your stay as much as you can.

do not stay here – This is my first time writing a review and I felt I had to because of the horrible experience I had at the Westin on Iberville. the first room I was placed in had a flooded bathroom from a burst water pipe. There were stains on the floor and furniture. the second room had stains on the floor and furniture as well. the shower head was almost out of the wall. The furniture in the lobby was also full of stains. They also charged me twice for the same hotel stay. their excuse was that they took over this hotel... read more
