We loved this hotel! The staff was more than helpful in several situations. They graciously held our luggage upon our arrival so that we could go out and enjoy the town. The location is perfect - so close to the subway and walking distance to more than you could ever need. We highly recommend it!

Anyone considering staying at the Sheraton Chicago Hotel & Towers at 301 E. North Water St. in Chicago, PLEASE RECONSIDER! Our family had reserved a variety of rooms for our stay in early September, following our son's wedding. We had several mishaps while we were there -- the wrong rooms were assigned to the wrong people, there was blood/fecal matter smeared on the bathroom door jamb of the large suite, a few other misunderstandings, but my mishap was a classic.
