Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center – I can only rave about this place! The rooms were immaculate, the linens were nice, and the beds were comfortable! The property was astonishing, there was so much to see and do on or near the facility, I especially enjoyed walking in the garden. Like Disney in Tennessee – Come prepared because there is more to do than you expect, but this place is fabulous. The new spa is a real treat and the recently added indoor pool and fitness center are amazing. We stayed in a newly renovated room...this is not the Opryland that I remembered. Classy, and fun! With some great restaurants on site, we never had to leave.

Extremely Nice! – The rooms were beautiful, the food was delicious and the service was wonderful! It is rather large so i did get lost a few times but everyone was extremely helpful, especially the shoe shine man! If you get lost ask him he knows everything!

A good value for business entertaining – I took some business associates to the Opryland Hotel as a sight-seeing venture and we ended up dining at Volare. I must say the menu variety is excellent -there's something for everyone. This place pretends to be much more up-scale than it really is, so it's a bargain when you compare the pricing and experience to other establishments. Things Have Changed Around Here... – Just wanted to make sure everyone who is reading these reviews realize that most of these were written 2 years ago or longer. Take it from someone who knows, there have been a lot of changes in this place in the past couple of years...those of you who had such bad experiences should really give it another shot. Hotel rooms have been renovated, service levels are excellent, SPA and indoor pool have been added to increase "resort" feeling, and overall Value has certainly increased. Food in ... read more

not disabled friendly – Not near enough handicap parking, wife is disabled, asked for non-smoking room for medical reasons, due to TN law got a smoking room, made wife ill. overpriced rooms for the amenities, service very poor

Great Christmas – I enjoyed the trip to Opryland Hotel. It was a magical time, with all the wonderful lights, the great hotel and service, not to mention the wonderful food. I loved it. I brought my entire family, it was great.
