We recently bought used Panamera at Gaudin. Dan M took care of us the whole day, always checking if we need anything to drink. We were having a problem with our bank and Phil came and help us, so we do not have to wait any longer. Beth also was so helpful. Also friendly receptionist. Gaudin’s service is always first-rate and available on a timely basis.
Worst customer service when you bring your car into the service department. They definitely treat you 180 degrees different from selling you a car to once you’re a car owner. I think this is only the 2nd time I’ve ever written a review for anything, not really my thing, but these guys just have 0 respect and it’s a shame bc now I need to find another Porsche dealership to purchase from out here in Vegas! This is an honest review but feel free to find out for yourselves 🤷🏽♂️
