Buyer Beware. I purchased a certified preowned car in February of 2020. I was told I was given the best possible price and that the car was certified to be in top condition. It’s now September. I’ve been to the service center about 7 times now (for alignment issues, brake issues, etc) and have been told they cannot fix the heated seats I paid extra to have installed - because they hired a third party to install them and they will need to get ahold of them. Not sure if service department is under new management or what but brought my car in today for an oil change and got the worse customer service ever in the 10 yrs I have going there. First I pull into the service bay and wait by my car then they proceed to take 2 people ahead of me who came in after me. Got an offer to lower my lease payment in writing but it was just to get me there so they could sell me a higher priced car.. I was yelled at and treated like crap. They are very unprofessional and the general sales manager was condescending and extremely rude to me. His name is Greg Repose. Beware if you want honest deals go elsewhere. Scam artists who openly acknowledge it in their representation for customer service. Will pocket your dollars and expect you to catch their errors. Be sure to review all your documents when dealing with this company. They could attempt to pull one over on you.

We went there yesterday to look for 2 cars. Not one person even said hello to us. We walked around the showroom for about 20 minutes, and then left. Will spend our money at another dealership
