I was sold a car and have had issues with it ever since. Service center is terrible. Really don't think they know what they're doing. After 2 years, the problem still isn't fixed.

Bought ny last several cars from Gateway. Had no intentions of buying until a new salesperson Nick Napolitano called me. I decided what the heck and stopped in. He was there. The best experienece EVER buying a car and I have bought many in my 50 plus years! He was so relaxed and calm, just made me want to relax and buy a car! Good job Nick!! Plus I love my Avalon!
Sold me a remote starter as an add on to a new CHR not knowing if it would function properly. It didnt and they tried to tell me that's how it works. Very disappointed that they could not get it to function properly and rather uninstalled it and refunded my money. Be careful what you buy at this dealership!!! I should havae stayed with Hyundai across the street. Their service is the best.
