I have purchased two vehicles here and both times I had a wonderful experience. The staff is knowledgeable and polite. I always have my car serviced there also. Wouldn't trust anyone else.

Amicable experience with sales and the inventory manager. Awful experience with the finance department. Person we dealt with was highly condescending, distant, self-serving, accusing, hostile, and threatening for several stressful weeks. It is unfortunate that one person can ruin my opinion of an entire business. Would gladly pay 5% more at a competitor for the same vehicle. If I am ever shopping for a vehicle or need service done, I will actively avoid Gateway Toyota.
