Went there twice two separate times for services on my car purposely removed a valve stem cover off one particular tire. They tell me they have rotated the tires when I leave the same exact valve stem cover is missing on the exact same tire and the service writer continually tell me that the mechanic rotated them. I was warned by someone else that they do this thats what made me remove the valve stem cover on the second time I marked the back of the tire with a piece of chalk.
July 2020 a big tree branch fell on my car while I was driving it. The car was totaled. I needed a new vehicle very soon because the ************* is about to settle. I tried 4 Dealerships to buy a car, It was very difficult and frustrating doing this in the height of COVD-19 Pandemic. ***** across the highway won't give me a price unless I bought that day. I got my car from here! My parents bought my car here and I've had it for 3 years. When we first got the car, my dad has his heart set on it and of course, the salesman jumped on it. They gave my parents a very low interest rate and I got the car right away. The salesman was very nice but I'm not sure if that's because he's working on commission. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS To make a long story short....They are the worst dealership I have ever been to. I bought a truck from them. I was having some financial difficulties and filed for bankruptcy. I contacted them and they told me to bring my truck back and they would give me my trade in back(a car). They told me to get a letter from the lawyer that would allow me a car loan and then we would talk. In getting back the car, after I received this letter, I would make the payments on the car. my mother and I got our cars from here My mother bought the car that she ended up giving to me when I could drive about 10 years ago. I still come back here to get my oil changed. My mother bought her new car from here as well and was just as pleased with the service the second time around as with the first.

Gateway toyota has terrible customer service. Do not care about their customers.
