I am a lease novice so when I visited Toyota Gateway I was a little nervous. The showroom is clean, distanced and safe. I felt very comfortable going inside. My sales person was Jason (Jay) and he was great. He patiently explained the leasing process and patiently answered all my questions and concerns. I recently received excellent service from Todd in the Toyota service dept. He was able to quickly diagnose the cars problem and fix it at a reasonable price. He kept me informed along the way . He had the car delivered back to me in spite of COVID and as an added note, the car was returned with the exterior washed! Thanks. Linda Ellsworth.

I do NOT RECOMMEND buying a car from Gateway Toyota for the following reason and it is a shame because this whole situation could have been avoided with a simple 5 minute returning of my numerous phone call to the salesman selling us the car.My wife and I purchased a Highlander with cash,$42k to be exact.The salesman Nelson NEVER took the time to explain ANY of the controls or functions on the car.After a month or so went by I called Nelson's phone and left a message asking him to call me back as I had a question about the c... read more

Leased my new ride here a few days ago. After twelve years with my reliable Toyota Corolla (also purchased here in 2008), I decided to trade it in for a new 2021 Corolla.
