I just waited an hour and 50 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. When I went to see what was taking so long I was told it takes an hour and a half to two hours. I have never waited so long. Why do you even give me an appointment if you're not devoting that time to my car? I'll go back to Lakewood Toyota from now on. You obviously have no consideration for the time of your customer.

Just want to say thanks to Mike Sweeney. I didn't intend on buying anything on Tuesday, but I left with a brand new RAV4. Let's face it, buying a car can be a daunting process. I was still in the 'just looking' stage..... So thanks for not being a pushy and just showing me what I wanted to see. You explained everything clearly and the numbers all worked out, which is always a good thing! If you want someone that knows what he's doing, listens, and is easy to talk to, go ask for Mike. Tell him I sent you :) Thanks again!!

Wouldn't bring my car here for repair unless under warranty. Charged me 6 hrs of labor @ 125 per hr to replace mass air flow sensor, and Idler pulley. Back yard mechanic replaced mass air flow sensor in 20 min. On you tube. Was told idler pulley should take about an hr. By rep. When I brought the car in. Other 4:30 hrs. To find what was wrong with car? Stay far away!!!

Bought a new Rav4 at Gateway and the experience couldn't have been better. Our salesman, Sean Casey, was fantastic - down to earth, friendly and easy to work with. We found the car on the website, filled out the "contact us" form and were called within 5 minutes by Sean to set up an appointment for the next day. The whole process was quick and we were in and out in no time at all. It was truly a pleasure not to spend the whole day in the dealership haggling and getting stressed out. Thank you Sean Casey and Gateway!!!

I purchased a 2007 Tacoma with lifetime oil changes, after 71/2 years of bringing my truck to Gateway I was told last saturday by Pedro that the original policy for "lifetime" oil changes only included 3 per calendar year, now it is 2 per calendar year, subsequently charged $70 for a oil change and tire rotation after waiting 1 1/2 hours for the service to be done.
