Excellent service! Best dealership I've been too! I'll never go anywhere else.
Horrible car dealer. Kept me in the waiting area for 8 hours before letting me sign the financing documents. The finance manager told me that I must purchase extended warranty and gap coverage if I want to get a low apr. Then he called me a liar after I confronted him about that. I did manage to cancel both after the fact. Never again will I go to this place!

Terrible . Don't do it .
No stars for me! The salesman was extremely rude! When I got a callback from another rep I told them how rude he was and the way he spoke me. The salesman called me and was mad at me for filing a complaint! That is not a place I will ever business with. Very unprofessional.
Don't trust original estimate, count on it doubling. Disrespectful service manager. Dishonest customer service rep. Took 3 calls to Toyota customer service in CA and meeting with a district manager to get satisfaction. Ended up getting reimbursed over half of my bill.
