I brought a 2016 corolla from David Jackson and i gave him 5 stars
Joe, my sales rep was EXCELLENT! He shows me all the features of my new Avalon, talked me through my payment options and best of all DID NOT PRESSURE ME! That's how I feel it should be. However....it took 3 HOURS to prep the vehicle for delivery! That is 100% INEXCUSABLE! I got to the dealership just after 9 AM and did not leave until a little after 4PM! I should have been home by 2 O' Clock at the latest!
John Needham is the reason for my 5 star review. He made buying my first car an exciting, easy, and stress free situation. He knew the product knew what I was looking for and was able to negotiate a price that worked well for both of us. I was able to drive home that day with a new truck and I could not be happier.
