I just purchased a used Toyota Prius from Gateway Toyota and am more than pleased with their service! I worked with Dave Jackson and he was not your typical pushy salesman. He was personable, answered all of our questions and went over and above to show me the features on my car and to get me set up to go. Car buying is really never fun, but this was a very good experience. I highly recommend Dave and the Gateway Dealership. I love my Prius!
I have purchased at least 20 vehicles in my lifetime and this was the most pleasant experience by far. Everyone made sure my CPO 4Runner was up to specification and condition. They did more than I would have even asked for. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with. I truly believe they really care and that is unusual for an auto dealership. Thanks to all: Cassandra Bogdon ( sales), Michael Sweeney ( business office) and Rob Long ( service). We'll be back to look at a RAV4 in the spring for my wife.
Service department is awful. Trying to charge me again for something I had done 8 months ago which should be under warrenty. They dont honor thier warrenty. Called Toyota Corporate and filed a claim, service writers seem to "shrug off" my complaint. Wish I could give a lower review than 1 star.
Great experience upfront pricing no hidden fees. Came from Brooklyn ny to buy 2017 sienna definitely recommend anybody to check it out.
